Empty Capsules

Rather than attempt to re-use their original capsules, many people prefer to transfer their counted/weighed beads or crushed/poured-out powder into new, empty capsules, which come in both gelatin and vegetarian formulations. These are available online or in many health food stores. Some find it easier to work with large-size capsules; since they are numbered largest to smallest, the larger ones are numbered 0, 00, or 000. It’s important to ask a pharmacist whether a particular color or opacity is needed in order to safely store the drug.
